Recently, we have been looking to yoga as a way to reconnect and still the mind amidst the busy hustle and bustle of the work week. One flow we are currently loving is this Good Morning yoga sequence from MindBodyGreen. Try it first thing in the morning, after work, or even during a mid-day break. The entire sequence only takes 15 minutes or less, so it’s an easy one to incorporate into your routine – and you’ll be amazed at how much much fresher and more relaxed you feel afterwards!
